What makes your Seiko mods unique?
Our Seiko mods are hand-assembled in Spain using carefully selected parts and TMI-based automatic movements. Each build is designed to offer the look and feel of a luxury-inspired watch while keeping the reliability and practicality of a Seiko mod.

How are your mods built and quality-tested?
Every watch is assembled by hand and checked before dispatch. We inspect the watch visually and functionally to make sure the movement, hands, dial, case, bracelet, and overall finish meet our standards before shipping.

Are you related to Seiko?
No. Nadelabs is an independent watch-mod studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Seiko Watch Corporation. Our builds use reliable TMI automatic movements and independently sourced premium components to create custom watches inspired by classic and modern watch designs.

What customization options are available?
Customization options depend on the specific model. Some builds allow you to choose details such as case size, bracelet style, strap type, dial color, or other design elements. Available options are shown directly on each product page.

Do your mods come with a warranty?
Yes. Our watches come with a one-year limited warranty, covering issues related to the build under normal use. If you experience a problem, you can contact us directly for support.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped from Spain with tracking. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service, but you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched and it usually takes between 3 to 10 working days.

Can I return or exchange a mod?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the watch is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase. For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the item first and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

What’s included in the packaging?
Each watch is securely packed before dispatch from Spain. The exact packaging may vary depending on the model, but every order is prepared carefully to protect the watch during shipping.

Are your mods water-resistant?
Water resistance is not guaranteed unless clearly stated on the product page. We recommend avoiding swimming, showering, or exposing your modded watch to water unless the specific build has been confirmed as water-resistant.

How do I care for my modded Seiko?
Keep your watch clean and dry, avoid strong impacts, and do not expose it to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or moisture. For automatic models, regular wear helps keep the movement running. When not in use, store the watch safely in a dry place.

Do you offer custom builds?

Do you ship internationally?

Do you offer refunds on custom orders?
Custom orders and personalized builds cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an issue with the item. For standard eligible returns, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
